Delete your Kinuvo account

You can delete your Kinuvo account and all associated data here — no app required. This is the same permanent deletion offered inside the Kinuvo app.

We’ll send a one-time link to this address to confirm you own the account.

Prefer to do this in the app? Open Kinuvo and go to Account → SECURITY → Delete Account. Only want to remove one child? Open that child’s profile in the app and choose Remove Child; this page deletes your whole account, including every child. Questions? Email support@kinuvo.net or see our Privacy Policy.

What permanent deletion removes

Deleting your Kinuvo account permanently removes your account and all associated data, including:

  • Your parent profile, login, Parent PIN and sign-in methods
  • Every child you added, and each connected child device
  • All rules, schedules, app and website settings
  • App usage, location history, alerts and SOS records

Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period. You can cancel any time before then by signing in to the Kinuvo app. After the grace period, permanent deletion begins and cannot be undone once processing starts.
